We want you to love your lips. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@plushelip.com for a refund or replacement.
For hygiene reasons, opened lip products can only be returned if defective. Please include your order number and a photo if the item arrived damaged.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
